​Hightop was founded by Jennifer Neff- award winning entrepreneur, co founder of Elemental Software, and a passionate champion for young people in the Northwest. Jennifer Neff builds bridges between technology and community, turning big ideas into movements that matter. As co-founder of Elemental Software, she established and scaled a social prescribing platform used by over 20 million people across health, social care and communities – later acquired by one of the largest UK headquartered business management software providers. Recognised as one of the UK and Ireland’s leading tech-for-good entrepreneurs, she started in Derry and built globally and now, she’s on a mission to help the next generation do the same.
